Giving My Life to Community

I often try to explain why I write blogs, articles, and books about small group community and leadership, train and equip leaders, and develop resources for groups. The best I can say is that I believe God uses small group community to make an eternal difference in people's lives.

This is some of the stuff God has made me passionate about. We all need community, but not just any run-of-the-mill-community. We need authentic community that is transformational. As I tell leaders in my training seminars, this takes GUTS! This kind of community is : Genuine, Unconditional, Tangible, and Sacrificial. These GUTS start with the leader.

I'm gonna keep giving my life to helping people get into this kind of community and equipping godly leaders to lead it.
