  Most small groups never take the time to assess and evaluate their own progress and effectiveness. "Small Group Vital Signs" is an in-depth look at what a small group needs to succeed. One chapter of the book I really appreciated was how to make sure 'Christ is at the center of your small group.' It's so easy to get distracted by activity and motion and miss this vital component. Not anymore! I highly recommend this book to Small Group Leaders and Pastors involved with Small Group ministry!
